How to Stay Spiritually Healthy

 Does your Christian life have a healthy rhythm?  

1. Praise (1-12)
   1. Praise the LORD who rescues (1-6)
      • Giving thanks
      • For wonderful deeds
      • In song
   2. Praise the LORD who rules (7-12)
      • Judges the world in righteousness
      • Stronghold for his oppressed people
2. Prayer (13-20)
   1. Pray for fresh deliverance(13-14)
   2. Pray for final judgment (15-20)
